CRYSTAL MOTOR SPEEDWAY 2006 GENERAL RULES

The rules set herein are designated to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum, acceptable requirements for events. By participating in these events all drivers are deemed to have complied with these rules and requirements.

No expressed or implied warrant of safety shall result from publication of or compliance with these rules. These rules are intended as a guide for conduct of the sport and in no way guarantee against injury or death of participants, spectators or others. All patrons are subject to risk of injury by flying debris from the racetrack, such as rocks, dirt clods, racecar parts, etc.

* UPON ENTERING THIS FACILITY YOU ASSUME THIS RISK. Any car/truck driver, owner or crew member that takes part in any demonstration or fight on the track, in the pit, or on the surrounding premises before, during or after the races shall be subject to points penalty, fine, and or suspension. Until fine is paid or suspension is lifted, no car/truck driver will be permitted to compete if associated with the suspended person or persons. (NOTE: Abuse, assault or threat of bodily injury to any official or person under his/her direction by any driver, owner or crewmember shall be grounds for points penalty, fine and or suspension.) Any suspension from a MSPA Race Track may be honored at all MSPA Race Tracks.

Pit passes are mandatory for everyone in the pits. Lack of a pit pass will result in disqualification; a $25.00 fine and/or a trespassing charge may be filed. Last weeks, or last months pass does not count, like some people did. Shame on them. People with out a proper pass could cost every one more.

Track officials will make the final decision as to whether the car/truck is legal and/or safe! The decision of the track official is final!

Any items not included in this set of rules are subject to the discretion of the track officials.

THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT SEASON!
