The Kentucky Fried Chicken Late Models were next to take the track. All eyes were on Michigan Motorsports hall of famer Roger Wing as he tried to lock up yet another track championship to add to his storied career.

Next up was the Kentucky Fried Chicken Late Models for their 30 lap feature and it was Scott Phillips and Zach Olger on the front Row. The green flag flew and Olger was off and running stretching it out to a huge lead over Phillips and the rest of the field. As the laps ticked off the 6r of Carl Ries slowly started to reel in Olger in Rusty Seaver's Knights Auto Sales 18 machine.

Fresh off his win at the Wood Tic race the weekend before, Shepard’s own Justin Robinson carried that momentum to victory lane on Saturday night. Tight racing from second on back help up a lot of the heavy hitters and allowed Robinson to build a very large lead over the field. Kyle Borgman, Roger Wing, and Ryan VanderVeen battled it out for about 15 of the 30 laps but would ultimately finish in that order.
