Garrett Wiles grabbed the early lead in the Engine Pro Pro Truck
feature. As they came in for lap two of the feature, second place
runner Gaven Parks got loose

and spun in front of a tightly packed
field, collecting up Dave Peters, Richard Melton, Tim Wood, Ryan
Paradise, and Bob Griffin. Nearly all were able to continue. A second
incident in the same spot collected up several more trucks a lap
later. Wiles lead Sooy, and David Dancer. Ashlee Scott moved up to
challenge and take third while Sooy moved to pressure Wiles. Sooy took
the lead as Wiles got high in turn two. Carl Thayer was pushing for
the lead and went spinning in turn two, but was able to continue. Once
they went green again, it was Sooy and Scott battling for the lead
with Wood running a close third. With two to go, Scott slid under Sooy
with the white flag in the air. A tremendous battle ensued with Scott
taking the lead but then got into the last set of turns too hard and
Sooy took the lead and the win in a fantastic finish by inches over
Scott, Wood, Thayer, Kevin Deal, Mike Seaman, Melton, Dancer, Wiles,
and Paradise. Parks and Wiles added heat victories to their list of
achievements.
