Seventeen Engine Pro Pro trucks made the call for the feature event and Carl Thayer picked up his second victory in as many weeks. An early spin put the Ionia native to the rear of the field and with a couple of cautions over the course of the event Thayer was able to slowly work his way thru the field and eventually put himself out front and get the checkered flag. second went to Scott Neiman, Tim Wood, Bob Griffin, and Dave Dancer rounded out the top five.
The Engine Pro Pro Trucks lead off the features as Bob Griffin grabbed the early lead and soon opened a ten length lead. Ashlee Scott, Scott Nieman, Allen Welch, and Tim Wood were in a big group behind him. A spin in turn two took away a decent lead but when the green fell again, Griffin took off but got immediate pressure from Nieman. Wood moved to second with four to go only to get loose and fall back behind Neiman and Carl Thayer. Griffin cruised on to take the win over Nieman, Thayer, Wood, Dave Verhaar, Scott, and Dave Peters.
The Engine Pro Pro Trucks rolled out next for their 20 lap feature. A couple of early spins involving Richard Melton on one occasion and Ashlee Scott in a separate incidents slowed the field a couple of times. Kevin Deal, in the 24d machine lead the majority of the race until the handling on that machine started to go away. Deal was not able to keep the speed and momentum up through the corners and that allowed the 45 truck of Dave Verhaar to over take him with only a handful of laps left to put the 45 back into the Engine Pro Crystal Motor Speedway victory lane.
