Vern Buskirk got his first feature of the 2012 season in the Port City Pro Stock event with a strong run.

As the Port City pro stock feature started the big question was, can anyone stop Chaney Newland? Don Rohn took the lead early and made it look like a nice Sunday drive as he opened up a huge lead on the rest of the field.

Jake Headley and Chad Raby ran the Pro Stocks show until lap 14 when Rick Edminster spun right in front of our leaders bringing out the first caution of the 25 lap feature. Jake was able to hold on for the final laps and pick up the feature win. Second went to Chad Raby, Third to Chaney Newland, fourth to Don Rohn and rounding out the top five Vern Buskirk.More Articles...
