| It takes time to put together a weekly magazine - regardless of the fact it is printed on paper or posted electronically. Saturday night track results are usually fully updated by Monday afternoon. Special features, such as weekend events on Sunday or a Monday holiday will be available on the following Wednesday. |

See you at the track next week.
Saturday night at Crystal Motor Speedway started off with some great spring time weather that led into a great night of racing. About 132 cars and a large crowd were on hand to observe the second event of the year.
(Editors note: Point Standings were not suppled by track management. Standings shown are for first week. Sorry!)

Newland's Got A 'Way Back' Machine!
The Pro Stock race proved just how nice the track actually was as Chaney Newland moved from his 20th position starting
spot to take the win in a battle of divisional titans. Greg Mandoka led most of the race but constant pressure from
Renton Hurley and Jeff Reist may have caused the veteran to over heat and drop back. While that fight continued,
Newland was carefully working his way forward. Once he cleared a hard running Mike Husted, Newland was in the right spot
to finish the run and take the feature. Hurley held on for second, followed by Husted, Reist, Vern Buskirk, Todd Bush,
Mike Corder, Mandoka, Barry Rinard, and Pete Hundey.

FEATURE WINNER - Chaney Newland

In the Late Models, Joe Pomeroy was off and flying early. He looked to have the car and the setup to beat but from his 11th
place starting spot, Rick Stout began his methodical move to the front. By the time Pomeroy began to hit lapped traffic,
Stout was closing in on his bumper. A quick caution bunched the field and the two took off together but Stout was able to
get around him and was never headed as he collected his second straight 2007 feature. Rusty Seaver was third, followed by
Curtis Roberts, Paul Tucker, Bill Trueblood, Jr. Kevin Nelson, Jr., Jack Emmons, Jr., Scott Baker, and David Hilliker.

FEATURE WINNER - Rick Stout

The Flinn Stock feature was another exciting event as this entry level division is prone to be at times. Kent Strong ran
a tight line and held off a strong challenge from last week's winner, Cody Ordway. Anthony Fellows chimed in at third,
followed by Tyler Brillhart, Jacob Raby, Larry Bulson, Troy Hollis, Gavin Parks, Matt Waldron, Arik Holtzlander, Scott
Kimball, and Dakotah Lytle.

Flinn III Surprises Pack - Hales Wins!
The IMCA Mods, sponsored by Engine Pro, saw a young rookie make a serious run at the front, proving to some veterans he
can hold his own. Roger Flinn III, a 17 year old divisional rookie, held some serious time in the top three before
finishing in the eighth position in a tough over all field. Jim Hale Jr. scrapped his way to the lead and then had to
battle Brennan Bowen for the last three laps to hold the lead before finally taking the win. Bowen settled for second
in a tight race, followed by Rob Brillhart, Joe Fowler, Buzz Lawrence, Josh Borton, Chad Maurer, Flinn, Bruce Lewis,
and Gary VanderMark.
McCormick Keeps Ahead of Heikkila, Wood

While small in numbers so far this season, the Pro Trucks have not been short on action. Jamie McCormick fought off

Perry, Tim Hansen, Jacob Headley, and Jerry Koons.
