It takes time to put together a weekly magazine - regardless of the fact it is printed on paper or posted electronically. Saturday night track results are usually fully updated by Monday afternoon. Special features, such as weekend events on Sunday or a Monday holiday will be available on the following Wednesday.

Norman, Naida follow Dagget to SOD Checker

The Engine Pro ASCS Sprints on Dirt presented by Victor Reinz was an extremely fast affair. Dustin Daggett, a native of nearby Portland, Michigan, found the track to his liking and he was off and flying, despite a couple early cautions that included Dain Naida ending up on his side after tagging another spinning machine. Tim Norman brought home a second, followed by Nick Mulheim, Tim Allison, Brett Mann, Bill Johnson, Ryan Grubaugh, Joe Bares, J.R. Stewart, and John Gall.

Heat races went to Johnson, Stewart, and Daggett while Tim Allison grabbed the B Main.

An unusually cold and windy night failed to keep racing fever under control Saturday night at Crystal Motor Speedway. A large crowd braved the weather to watch the Sprints On Dirt made their first of three visits to the track in 2007. The Street Stocks and Pro Trucks had the evening off.
