| It takes time to put together a weekly magazine - regardless of the fact it is printed on paper or posted electronically. Saturday night track results are usually fully updated by Monday afternoon. Special features, such as weekend events on Sunday or a Monday holiday will be available on the following Wednesday. |

Photo Trophies Available Again. Got a favorite car and driver?

Why not purchase a 'Photo Trophy' and get it
personalized with a signature? We started this service from the photo booth last year and everybody really likes them. We have
designs for about 20 of the drivers so far, and will be adding another six or so each week for the next several weeks. Some
of the designs feature manufacturer or model badging, others are storms, flags, and flags. If you want a custom design,
drop your written request at the photo booth and we can have it next week. We
currently have designs in stock for these drivers:
See you at the track next week.
June 16 Results
It's ALWAYS fun when you can you are friends with the winner of a pro series race, and the Saturday night winner of the NASCAR® Busch race at Nasvhille has all of us at ROTW smiling today. We videotaped Stephen Leicht routinely crush the ASA Late Model Series field during the 2005 season and got to know him as a genuinely nice young man. Within 90 seconds of our first meeting we knew this youngster was destined to be a NASCAR® champion someday. While some folks think it took a while for him to get the first win (38 races), we know the Robert Yates Racing team strategy was NOT to create a flash of brilliance and then fade, but rather to build a solid foundation of experience from which to build a champion contender. It's our pleasure to express our congratulations to Stephen and wish him well as he continues in his NASCAR® career.
It was Mid Season Championship night at Crystal Motor Speedway last Saturday night, sponsored by Crystal Micro Systems. A large crowd was on hand to watch the festivities. The much talked about 'Twin Flinn' race kicked off the evening's features. A chalk line was drawn all the way around the track, dividing the track into a lower and upper section. Drivers were then split into groups and brought out unto the field. One group would occupy the upper section and go the normal 'turn left' around the track while the second group took the lower section and went the opposite direction.
In keeping with the 'twin' motif, the official starters for the event were twin brothers, Ron and Roger Flinn using flags from their first promotion effort some 30+ years ago. The races were started and despite several 'close calls' there were no accidents and the crowd found it quite entertaining. Brandon Mills and Tim Bowen took the win for the event.

*Tie for position
The regular Flinn Stock race was another struggle between Cody Ordway and Kent Strong with the race eventually going to
Ordway. The race went green to checker and the drivers all had good races for position all about the track. Darrell
Holtzlander brought home a third place finish, followed by Kyle Shattuck, Glen Moon, Larry Bulson, Jordan
Sherlock, Joe Nieman, Nick Messner, and Gavin Parks.
Sherlock and Bulson posed for heat wins. The division also had
another car claim. Anyone in the field or in the stands can claim a running machine as
prescribed by the division rules.

Fowler Prevails Over Bowen - Again
The Engine Pro IMCA Modified feature was first out of the chutes. Within the first few laps, cautions took out several
potential contenders. Chad Burke led the early going but points leader Joe Fowler and Brennan Bowen came lurking up
through the field and slipped around him and began their fight for the lead. Bowen held a respectable lead that evaporated
after a caution occurred. On the restart, Fowler was able to overtake Bowen and went on to win over Bowen, Burke, Buzz
Lawrence, Randy Ruesink, Chad Wernette, Rusty Zeigler, Nate Jones, Chad Maurer, and Paul Grosnickle.
Greg Wiles and Don Proctor Jr took B Main wins with heat wins going to Ruesink, Myron DeYoung, and Carl Thayer.
Baker Takes Win From Pole -
Latel Model Class Standings
Pos Driver & Car # / Points
The Late Model affair had a couple contender eliminating cautions much as did the IMCA Modified race. A fight for position
between Rusty Seaver and Paul Tucker resulted in Rick Stout cutting down a tire and scraping the wall and thus removing
him from valid contention. In the mean time, Scott Baker took full advantage of his pole position as he went to the whip
early and often.
The others worked at Baker but he was on a mellow cruise most of the
time... anytime anyone mounted a real challenge, he kicked it in the
butt and was gone until they caught him again as he brought home his first 2007 feature win. Marcoullier was second, followed by Haney, Seaver, Bill
Trueblood, Jr., Brock Cogswell, Mark Andersen, Dean Huizenga, Brad Buskirk, and Jim Emmons.
Zach Olger took the B Main and also scored a heat win as did Curt Mesman and Cogswell.

Buskirk Moves To 1st In Points
The Pro Stock feature was an exciting event with Bob Griffin having to fight to keep the lead from the opening lap. A hard
charging Jeff Reist suffered a flat tire as he moved toward the front. He left the field, changed the tire and still
brought home a eleventh place finish. As the laps wound down, it turned into a four car battle to overtake Griffin. Vern
Buskirk could come close but was never able to pull it off. Mike Corder, Barry Rinard and Todd Bush all had good runs
that brought them into contention for the win but Griffin had the machine and he went on to take the win over Rinard,
Buskirk, Bush, Corder, Gordon Snyder, Greg Mandoka, Andy Hoisington, Doug McKeown,
Sr., and Terry LaClear.
Mandoka and Hoisington took heat wins.

Pro Truck Class Standings
*Tie for position
The Pro Trucks were the last event of the night and it was all Scott Nieman. Neiman got off to a good start and was never
threatened. He was able to run a good line and ran a very smooth race. David Verhaar and Aaron Raby put on a great fight for
second with Verhaar taking the position when the flag fell. Raby was followed by Jerry Koons, Jamie McCormick, Tim Wood,
Rodney Heikkila, Chris Busbee, and Charles Perry.
Neiman also took the heat.

Carman Jr Takes First Feature!
Street Stock Class Standings
*Tie for position
The Street Stock event got off to a rocky start when Dan Minikey got tagged coming out of turn two and turning him into
oncoming traffic. Derrick Dennis was unable to avoid him and hit him hard head on. Dennis was checked out by safety
personnel on the back stretch and treated for his injuries. Once back to racing, Mickey Carman Jr. took control of the
race and proved to be difficult to catch. Larry Kosloski and Ryan Kent gave it all they had but they were never able
to haul in Carman who chalked up his first feature win ever. Bryan Craigmyle brought home a fourth place finish after
Kent, followed by Scott Crook, Thomas Stevens, Lloyd Long, Al Kiester, Kevin Dard, and CJ Reisbig.
Long and Reisbig scored heat wins in the preliminary races.
